It states on the contest page for the “Name That Space Contest” that “Details and entry forms are available beginning June 11.”
Where can I find the ENTRY FORM?
I’m having a diffuclt time finding it on your site.

Wayne – sorry about the delay! Although we have the paper forms available at the Youth Desk, we don’t have the online option up as of now. Until we get that up (in the next day or so), I’d like to you to know what the paper version says:
“Got a great idea for a name for the new teen room?
The top three entries will win a $50 Best Buy gift card and participate in a final contest in August to choose the actual name. Those participants will be given a block of ice with a t-shirt frozen inside it which contains their name for the new teen space. The first teen to don the frozen shirt will win and their entry will be the name of the new teen room!
Contest runs June 11 – July 23. You can enter as many times as you’d like.
Guidelines: 12 characters (not including spaces) – can be one or two words – appropriate for all ages to hear – fun and catchy”
